$140/90 minute – First consultation will include diet recall, past medical history, wants, and goals from our sessions.

$100/ hour consultation continued.

$80/hour- guided food shopping excursion, how to stock your pantry, proper kitchen setup

$85/hour- meal preparation. Groceries are not included in hourly rate. (prices vary on amount of people)

Included in meal prep: Soup, 1 main entree, two snacks, two sides, and a dessert. Unless prefer differently.

Meal Preparation includes tailored dishes designed for your needs. Meal prep will occur off site and will be picked up at a time specified.
